Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support the company's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable / receivable
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives
- Work on ad hoc projects as needed with the accounting team
