Responsibilities:• Oversee transactions for personal and business bank accounts.• Manage the processing and organization of high-volume documents.• Take on responsibilities related to invoicing, bill payments, and payroll.• Maintain and manage client insurance policies.• Handle accounting for multiple distinct business entities.• Perform tasks related to the general ledger, including journal entries and month-end close.• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various tasks.• Manage and process accounts payable and receivable.• Collaborate with a team including CPAs and administrative assistants.• Potentially handle client-facing responsibilities after an initial period.
