The QA Intern will do a thorough check on the records and documents used by program staff to ensure they are update to date and uphold program integrity. Requirements Demonstrated problem solving capacities; the ability to effectively identify problem situations, and work with all parties to resolve with fair and equitable resolution. As a member of a team, maintain an up-to-date awareness of processes and the ability to communicate them effectively to coworkers, customers, and others, as related to the assigned tasks. Assist with program audits per the DHS contract and internal audits. Be mindful and offer of helpful agenda items for team meetings. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with heterogeneous groups of individuals. Assist with any document changes or updates Accept other specific assignments as delegated by the Program Director, Program Manager and Supervisors. Salary Description $18.02 - $20.00
