Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Accredited Environmental Technologies, Inc. We are looking for a self motivated individual to work independently on assigned tasks within time constraints. We offer competitive salaries and benefits. This is a full time position where Monday to Thursday is in the Media office and Friday is remote.
Daily office duties include (but are not limited to) typing PCM, XRF and SMID tables, downloading lab results to proper folders, answering phones, taking messages, checking mail.
Skill Requirements
- Must maintain a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Full working and operable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe.
- Must have full working and operable knowledge of Apple based products, as well as PC mechanics in regard to saving files and using multiple servers
- Demonstrated clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have a basic grasp of grammar, punctuation, and technical writing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Expectations
- Must be able to take direction from Administrator and or program assistants to collect, retrieve and otherwise obtain completed forms of employee submitted paperwork for the tables tasked to be typed daily.
- All typed tables (PCM, XRF, SMIDS) must be accurately typed in a timely manner and saved in the proper project file.
- Ability to interact with field employees when necessary. Returning paperwork to field employees when items are incomplete. Individual must follow-up with field employee to get corrected paperwork in a timely manner
- Ability to access and navigate all third-party lab online systems. All lab data must be downloaded from each lab AET uses on a daily basis and saved into the proper project folders on the server
- Keeping WeWorked up-to-date with all project entries before end of each business day.
- Answering phones and relaying calls to the proper project manager and/or the ability to take detailed messages making sure to get all necessary information for a proposal to be generated or a problem to be addressed
- The ability to complete assigned items or task within the individuals hire letter and duties within corporate job descriptions for an Administrative Assistant 1
