Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized area.
Phone-Based Customer Service:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, service requests, and resolving issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the team.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
Industry Knowledge:
- Utilize a background in the construction or a related industry to understand and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Customer Service Representative or Receptionist in construction or a related industry preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment (e.g., MS Office, phone systems).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
