Advance Polybag, Inc. specializes in the design and manufacture of plastic bags for big box retailers, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants and other businesses nationwide. Our clients count on the consistent quality and brand reinforcement we deliver with every order of carryout T-shirt bags.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Sugar Land, Texas facility. In this position the individual selected will be responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships with both internal and external customers as well as providing administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
General responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process and coordinate customer orders and artwork.
- Communicate on a daily basis with a wide range of customers.
- Work with sales, production departments on customer related issues Handle overflow work and provide administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
The ideal candidate shall possess the following:
- Associates degree preferred.
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a customer service environment, non-call center related
- Proven ability to write and speak in an effective and professional manner.
- Possess superior interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-tasking fast paced environment.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an administrative background looking to learn the ropes in a manufacturing / finished goods customer support environment.
Salary range: $40,000 - $42,000 DOE.
