Essential duties and responsibilities :
- Work with the Sales and Technical departments to quote new items using our "Request for Quote (RFQ) system.
- Make sure all specs in the RFQ system are correct.
- Send Quote for approval by the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all quotes are double checked for accuracy.
- Work with the Senior Financial Analyst and VP of Finance to develop reporting and analysis of customer profitability.
- Help track cost impact of any spec changes for current items.
- Perform ad hoc duties : o Cost reduction projects.
o Assist with the annual review of production standards. o Assist with customer profitability reviews.
