Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated Early-Career Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. We are looking for someone with a foundation in backend technologies who is eager to apply their skills in a dynamic, AI-focused environment.This engineer will work on backend solutions in collaboration with our AI Platform team, which is a research-engineering focused team oriented around building next generation multi-agent applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with researchers and scientists to understand backend requirements
- Design, develop, and implement scalable backend systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to support AI-driven applications
- Develop RESTful APIs and services for internal and external consumption
- Optimize application performance, ensuring speed, security, and reliability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing backend systems as necessary
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous integration processes
- Contribute to the documentation of backend systems and processes
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in backend development, cloud services, and AI technologies
