Connecticut's Department of Developmental Services, "CTDDS" requires an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Process Re-design lead.
IMPORTANT :
While the role can be fully remote, LOCAL candidates who would have the ability to be in the office in the rare case a need would arise would be IDEAL and would be given preference. NOTE : Neither the client, nor CAI, will cover any related travel costs for the candidate to travel onsite.
This position can be a fully remote position; HOWEVER, client only wants candidates located in the same Eastern Time Zone submitted for the position due to challenges they have had with candidates working from other time zones in the past.

OCM / Process Re-Design Lead - leader in the analysis and redesign of process in conjunction with technology enhancements, structure communication, and change management, with experience motivating through action and words digital adoption, process redesign and internal and public communication.
In support of Connecticut's Department of Developmental Services, "CTDDS" requires an experienced Organization Change Management leader with an understanding of application and data migrations, modernization efforts, strategic enterprise communications both internal and public, end-user communication expert, experienced creating and managing an OCM &communication playbook.
Candidate should have experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing
Candidate should have 5 years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO with exposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meetings agendas, etc.
Candidate should have a blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills
Experience in change management - should have been a part of at least 2-3 large scale change management implementations supporting COTS implementations. Should lead end-to-end change management implementation lifecycle on a transformation program and have experience with process re-design in support of new technology platform implementations and acceptance
Experience in change management and employee experience in projects including building change management strategy / roadmap / approach, stakeholder engagement and management program, change impact analysis, culture assessment, user engagement, readiness assessment, training strategy / need assessment / plan
Practical client experience including planning, design and delivery
Delivering change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts including OCM experience around COTS Implementations would be preferred
Understanding of standard project methodologies and change interventions during project lifecycle phases.
Nice to have experience on PROSCI or any other change management approach
Nice to have OCM certifications if any such as PROSCI, APMG etc.
Good understanding on IT, HR, Finance functional processes and transformation in general
Excellent skills with PowerPoint, Excel and analytical approach
Ability to work and team with people across functions, sectors, locations
Good analytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver work-products of the highest quality and overcome risk and issues to ensure timely delivery
