Connecticut's Department of Developmental Services, "CTDDS" requires an experiencedOrganizational Change Management (OCM) / Process Re-design lead.

- This position can be a fully remote position; HOWEVER, client only wants candidates located in the same Eastern Time Zone submitted for the position due to challenges they have had with candidates working from other time zones in the past.

OCM / Process Re-Design Lead - leader in the analysis and redesign of process in conjunction with technology enhancements, structurecommunication, and change management, with experience motivating throughaction and words digital adoption, process redesign and internal and publiccommunication.
Candidate should have experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing
