- 5 years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a related role within a data-centric environment
- Proven experience working with data platforms, analytics, or data-driven marketing solutions
- Experience working on data projects is strongly preferred; detailed technical expertise in data architecture and ETL processes is not required
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data governance
- Experience with cloud platforms-preferably Azure-and modern data tools such as Databricks (experience with Snowflake or similar platforms is required)
- Extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Background in healthcare, fintech, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with machine learning models or AI-driven marketing initiatives
- Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent
