- Have expert knowledge of domain-driven design, test-driven development, S.O.L.I.D. principles, and other modern development paradigms
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to understand and explain highly technical information in a clear, concise manner
- Take the lead on directing the design and implementation of solutions to complex, loosely scoped problems
- Have shown the ability to deliver projects by leading your team
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment, are humble and have an aptitude for learning and sharing knowledge
- 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
- 4 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
- Extensive experience with AWS Aurora or RDS Database technology.
- TypeScript: Expertise in TypeScript for server-side and client-side development.
- Technical Skills: System Design, Data Structures, and Algorithm; expert understanding of system design principles, data structures, and algorithms. GraphQL
- SQL/MySQL: Proficiency in writing advanced SQL/MySQL queries.
