· Solid years of experience as a BSA.
· At least 5 years of experience.
· Directly working with product owner architect.
· Cross-functional collaboration.
· Gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
· Will contribute to building standards creating best practices.
· Imbedded within a delivery team.
· Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), encompassing accounting, financial reporting, and human resources management.
· Workday is a must.
· Accounting concepts are a must.
· Tools include Workday for core accounting and wire transfers, as well as reconciliation software and an L&D system.
· Integrations with other systems will be crucial.
· Local candidate who can be onsite two days weekly (Tuesday and Thursday).
· Collaboration is so key.
· Financial experience will be important.
· Account and financial management concepts are critically important – potentially even more so than the Workday piece.
· Ability to document the current state, create artifacts for a future state, and translate all requirements into functional specifications.

· System-agnostic and keen ability to extract functional requirements to build requirements with the architect.
