Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the phased deployment of Microsoft Defender Application Control (WDAC) across 1700 end-user machines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting issues, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems during the roll-out.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Defender Application Control in real-time to minimize user impact.
- Work with end-users to identify and address any compatibility or operational issues.
- Utilize Microsoft tools such as Event Viewer and PowerShell for diagnostics, monitoring, and reporting.
- Apply application packaging concepts to ensure smooth deployment of WDAC.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address issues that arise during the roll-out process.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users throughout the deployment process
- Proven experience in troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Defender Application Control.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Event Viewer, PowerShell and related diagnostic utilities.
- Knowledge of application packaging concepts and deployment best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with end-users.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks while ensuring minimal impact on users.
