About the Role

We are seeking a founding member for our Product Marketing team to support go-to-market, demand generation, field enablement, and customer marketing activities. This person will collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and design to drive Accrue's growth and customer success.

What you'll doDevelop messaging and positioning for Accrue's products and buyer segments. Develop campaign-level content as well as sales enablement assets to support our GTM teamWork closely with product, sales and marketing teams to refine marketing strategies, with the goal of driving awareness and demand for our productsEnable sales teams to understand the value of our products and competitive solutionsConduct deep customer, competitor and market research to understand and refine our messaging and positioning in marketServe as a liaison between sales and product to deliver and leverage bidirectional feedback to empower our go-to-marketProactively identify customer success and bring those stories to life for use in marketingPartner closely with leadership and product to gain a deep understanding of product vision, upcoming functionality, and determine how best to communicate this externallyCreate and maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations and competitive materialsWhat you'll need

3 years of B2B product marketing experience; demonstrated success marketing complex fintech and / or enterprise software solutionsExceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing styleStrong presentation skillsFast learner, detail-oriented, and enjoys dynamic work environmentsProven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levelsSelf-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analyticalStrong project management skills with exceptional attention to detailProven ability to excel in a dynamic, adaptive environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experienceBenefits & Perks

Salary Information

The range listed below is just one component of Accrue's total compensation package; This role will receive a competitive salary benefits equity. The salary range is for US-based employees located in the listed market. Other benefits include those listed above such as healthcare and 401 with 3% contribution.

90,000-$140,000 USD
