BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
7 years of experience leading project management teams on HR project initiatives (performance management, job architecting, HRIS & Payroll implementations)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and collaboration.
Proven ability to lead and inspire project teams, delegate tasks efficiently, manage project timelines, and drive successful outcomes.
