WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT :
Participate in proposal meetings to review the scope of work, suggest cost-reducing strategies, and provide value engineering ideas.
Review contract documents with all project participants (clients, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, regulators) to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Finalize and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with the owner`s contract, including bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, and reporting.
Coordinate and deliver all requirements to subcontractors and suppliers to meet project schedules.
Ability to maintain a secure, safe, and respectful work environment by implementing safety, EEO, risk management, training, and quality control programs.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
Project Manager who has experience in General Contracting (GC) and commercial construction projects , in market segments including power / energy, mission critical, corporate services, health sciences / medical, financial services, and public sectors
5-7 years of project management experience, with a strong track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project for project tracking, reporting, and communication.
