WHAT YOU WILL DO :
Develop and execute strategies to secure multi-year customer partnerships across various verticals, boosting revenue and EBITDA.
Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of multi-year logistics and warehousing agreements, analyzing trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and uncover new opportunities.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and build revenue-generating relationships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like sales, marketing, and operations to ensure partnerships align with organizational goals.
Manage partnerships, provide regular updates on their contributions, and represent the company at industry events to enhance its brand and reputation.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
10 years of experience in business development or sales
Proven track record in 3PL services and contract logistics / distribution.
Demonstrated ability to lead sales strategies, manage pipelines, and drive multi-million-dollar partnerships with key stakeholders
Availability to travel up to 50%
