- Serve as the subject matter expert for sales commission plans, and provide strategic guidance in the development of future plan adjustments
- Measure and implement best practices across multiple sales channels by building and shaping SQL based KPIs and other performance metric reports
- You will need to independently lead and assist in the planning and coordination of cross departmental projects and tasks
- You will have exposure to Regional Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Executive management leaders and be expected to add value and provide guidance on plans within their responsibility and scope
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline is required
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects concurrently with exceptional time management skills
- Excel, SQL, and other ICM program experience HIGHLY DESIRED
- Detail oriented and able to keep up with a high volume role
