- Responsible for life cycle management of all contracts, including initial drafting, coordinating, compiling and responding to comments and ensuring proper execution, storage and retention.
- Serve as the business unit subject matter expert on all contractual matters, including the utilization of a CLM software.
- Ensuring the company is utilizing all current forms and consistent across all locations.
- Training appropriate Teammates across the company on the importance of contract compliance.
- Understanding Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to verify insurance of third parties aligns with contract terms.
- Rock Hill, SC (Onsite 5 days a week)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Experience in a technical field (legal, accounting, engineering)
- Experience with process documentation and process improvement
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience with a contract lifecycle management software
- Knowledge of revenue recognition implications within commercial contract
