Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication between stakeholders throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and manage construction contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate contract execution and adherence.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all contract-related activities and communications.
- Assist in resolving disputes and claims in a timely manner.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate contractual risks.
- Support the procurement process by evaluating vendor proposals and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.
