- Manage intercompany transactions and support cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Lead the integration and use of financial software systems to optimize financial reporting and compliance.
- Ensure proper management of tax compliance, including sales and fuel taxes, working with relevant software tools.
- Use advanced financial tools and systems, including Netsuite and Excel, to drive key financial processes and insights for leadership
- CPA certification required, with extensive experience in financial management and reporting for multi-entity organizations.
- Proven experience with intercompany transactions and financial consolidations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (particularly Netsuite) and related software integrations.
- Advanced skills in Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and experience using software tools for tax compliance
