Support Prepare production efficiencies reports and analyze variances to bill of materials assumptions Support Month end closing, PPV / manufacturing variance analysis and reporting Support Forecast and budgeting (Cost Center, Capex, Site Cost, Sales & Product Planning) Assist in annual plant budget and quarterly / monthly Forecast and KPIs tracking Assist in plant standard cost setting and capitalized variance adjustments Work with plant management to ensure BOM and routings are correct and updated timely Analyze plant and warehouse operating costs, as well as material & freight costs Assist in monthly accounting close duties - journal entries, account analysis & reconciliation Assist in accurate inventory controls, including cycle counting and annual physical inventory Assist in Fixed Assets & depreciation recording and CIP tracking Assist in product profitability analysis Maintain good records & controls, and prepare documentation requirements by auditors BACKGROUND NEEDED :
Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance Two years of experience in analytical / cost accounting positions Prior experience in cost accounting principles and methodologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Strong team player and business partner Self-starter with a desire to learn and achieve with change management skills preferred Advanced Excel skills and ERP standard costing experience preferred
