  • Spearhead sales operations with a strong emphasis on creating sales enablement tools and implementing pricing strategies across multiple channels
  • Design and launched pricing initiatives that improved competitive positioning and profitability
  • Partner with Sales Representatives and General Managers to gauge market needs and refine commercial strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to guide commercial decisions and uncover new opportunities
  • Assess sales data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies and suggested necessary adjustments
  • Develop and manage pricing tools and systems to optimize the pricing process
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment between forecasting models and key metrics
  • Tracked and reported pricing performance relative to revenue and profitability goals

  • Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Degree
  • 10 years of pricing focuses and management
  • Advanced knowledge of pricing strategies and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytic tools
  • Strong business partnership and executive communication skill s
