- Responsible for overseeing and managing all financial operations for the legal entity and acting as a business partner for the regional management team.
- The role holder is responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information, for establishing and maintaining internal controls, risk management and compliance and for ensuring that all business processes follow the requirements of the business group
- The role requires a certified public accountant with a strong background in accounting
- Ensure the preparation of monthly / quarterly / year-end financial closing including availability and analysis of all data / information necessary for sound decision making is completed timely and the books and records are accurate.
- The job holder continuously monitors financial performance, evaluates risks and opportunities to ensure all the business units stays on track to deliver financial results, including Profit, Working Capital and Cash.
- Planning and forecasting : provide predictable plans and forecasts, lead the preparation of the Operative Planning including simulations with a holistic view on all aspects of the P&L, balance sheet and liquidity.
- Compliance and risk management : ensure compliance with internal financial controls, accounting standards, and external regulations in collaboration with external / internal audit teams and legal and tax depts. He / She establishes effective controls as well as a diligent and effective remediation of findings of internal / external audits.
