WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT : Define and lead the omnichannel marketing and product strategy to align sales, digital marketing, and eCommerce efforts. Lead a team of eight product managers and marketers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Drive innovation through understanding industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes. Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, product strategies, and pricing models to enhance business performance. Oversee global marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in brand standards and excellence across all channels. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS : 10 years of experience in marketing or product management; dental or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred. Proven success in developing and implementing omnichannel marketing strategies, including digital, eCommerce, and sales alignment. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve high performance. Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Experience working with global entities, ensuring alignment with international teams and corporate standards. Expertise in developing relationships with stakeholders, customers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand awareness and loyalty. Familiarity with Agile Marketing, Pragmatic Framework, or Lean methodologies is a plus.
