    • LOCATION : Onsite in Decatur, Alabama

    WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Providing assistance throughout the entire talent management and talent acquisition process
  • Overseeing pre-employment procedures and onboarding activities
  • Organizing and managing Open Enrollment procedures
  • Coordinating training and development needs
  • Facilitating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Handling administration of FMLA, Sick Pay, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance claims
  • Supporting the management of company-sponsored employee relations programs
  • Serving as a backup Payroll Specialist

    • THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Associate degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience.
  • Prior experience using / knowledge of SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations talent systems and understand, interpret, and report analytic
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US.
  • SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or PHR / SPHR certification preferred
