You bring a blend of business insight and technical expertise, with experience in application development, data modeling, and ICM system configuration. You may have 1–3 years working hands-on with tools like Varicent, Motivator, or similar platforms. You’re skilled in Excel, writing logical queries, and transforming complex requirements into scalable systems. You thrive in collaborative environments, take initiative, and enjoy solving nuanced business problems with technology.
