BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

- 1-3 years of experience configuring Configure and manage incentive compensation platforms like Varicent and Motivator to align with business goals.
- Develop complex queries and advanced Excel formulas to improve reporting and decision-making.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly across all levels of the organization while managing multiple high-priority projects.
