Develop and execute recruitment plans that align with organizational growth and workforce planning needs. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates, reinforcing the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. Proactively source and nurture a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future roles, ensuring the organization`s long-term success. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and deliver exceptional results. Strengthen the organization`s employer brand to attract top-tier talent and position the company as an industry leader. Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to optimize the hiring process and reduce time-to-fill. Align hiring efforts with company goals, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive organizational success. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role managing a team of recruiters. Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with ADP Recruiting Management is a plus. Strong ability to analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs, using data to drive improvements and tell a compelling story. Skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovative sourcing strategies. LI-KJ1
