KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top-tier sales and other professionals.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiting, Talent Insights, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including the intake process with the hiring manager, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for critical roles.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to track progress, improve hiring processes, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives and leverage social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Stay current on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sales roles.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiting, Talent Insights, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and close high-caliber sales talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, talent pipelines, and employer branding strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruiting.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting for sales roles.
- Previous experience in corporate recruiting within a sales-driven organization.
