Always represent NWSCC in a professional manner.Instruct golf student-athletes on how to improve golf skills.Develop the foundational framework for a competitive Men’s and Women’s golf team, including recruitment plans, training programs, and game strategies.Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes. Organize and lead all practices, training sessions, and games in accordance with NWSCC policies and NJCAA regulations.Manage team logistics, including scheduling practices, securing facilities, registering for competitions, and handling transportation.Oversee the procurement and maintenance of all necessary equipment.Mentor and assist with providing academic support to student-athletes, ensuring they meet academic standards and eligibility requirements.Assist with monitoring the program’s budget and seek innovative funding opportunities.Promote and represent the Men’s and Women’s Golf program at NWSCC and community events.Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
