Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Location: North Oklahoma City
Project Duration: Estimated to last through March 2025 and will be re-evaluated periodically as needed
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with reports and written communications.
- Use software tools to track and manage tasks.
- Evaluate information and make decisions on how to proceed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
