Administrative Assistant - Event
THESIS: Tribal Health Experiential Student Internship Seminar
This is a temporary position scheduled to end August 15, 2025.
Description:
The THESIS Administrative Assistant will help develop and monitor the daily schedule of the newly developed THESIS-OKC internship. Duties will include helping develop the implementation within the OKC area, developing a list of contacts for the events, coordinating field trips and all special events, and assisting as needed for preparation of the events.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma required. Applicant must currently be enrolled in accredited college or university.
Knowledge / Special Skills:
Attention to detail, Experience in Excel, knowledge or the Canvas Learning Management System is preferred.
Competencies:
Teamwork, effective communication, planning and organizing work, initiative, and problem solving.
Supervisory Authority:
None
Travel:
In and out-of-state travel may be required in fulfillment of job requirements and training.

Salary : $17 - $22
