Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining press brake machines to fabricate sheet metal components. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performing set ups, Bend Deduction, precision measuring instruments, and machining processes.

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining press brake machines to fabricate sheet metal components. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performing set ups, Bend Deduction, precision measuring instruments, and machining processes.
Duties:
- Operate an Amada Press Brake machine in accordance with the job prints
- Perform set ups, as required
- Check for defective materials and tools
- Set up and operate press brake machines in accordance with specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality production output
- Adjust machine settings to meet desired results
- Inspect finished products for defects and address any issues promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines for optimal performance
- Adhere to safety protocols and uphold a clean work environment
Abilities:
- Recent experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role
- Must be able to perform set ups
- Must have a thorough understanding of bend deduction and its role in the fabrication process
- Must have good mechanical aptitude and be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have Basic math skills including simple counting and use of a calculator
- Must be able to understand and follow English verbal and written instructions
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Pay: $28 - $30 depending on experience
Shift:
- 1st Shift: 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6 am – 3:30 pm and 6 am – 10 am on Friday
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm – 2 am
