We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Medical Laboratory Manager to lead our specialty department section. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field and at least six years of work experience.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the accuracy and reliability of all laboratory services provided by the specialty department section under their control. They will direct the supervision, training, and development of section personnel, plan and schedule activities, and ensure the proper application of laboratory policies and procedures.
