What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Administrator position at Accu Reference Medical Lab?
Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify timekeeping
- Manage garnishments
- Handle inquiries and requests relating to payroll preparation
- Calculate hours (including overtime and PTO)
- Calculate bonuses and commissions
- Ensure the accurate and timely payroll
- Issue direct deposits
- Manage tax forms, if necessary
- Meet strict deadlines
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal and local payroll wage and hour laws and practices
- Maintain accurate records
- Answer payroll related questions from employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must keep confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED minimum education required
- Associates Degree preferred
- MUST Speak, Read and Write English fluently
- Must be able to multitask with deadlines
- Great organizational skills
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now a must
