AccuCast is seeking a Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to handle accounting functions and support office operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail in maintaining financial records in our FACTS by Infor ERP system and supporting administrative functions as needed. We understand that FACTS is a niche system, so if you don't have experience with this system, you must feel comfortable learning new software.
Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping 70% & Office Management 30%
Bookkeeping (70%)
- Perform journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare accurate financial reports
Office Management (30%)
- Coordinate shipping operations
- Support front-office functions as needed
Requirements
- 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- 2 years of office management/coordination experience
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
- Experience with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation
- Ability to learn specialized software (FACTS by INFOR)
Soft Skills

Required Education:
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related discipline
