What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Clerk position at accudraft Paint Booths?
Position Summary:
The Inventory Clerk will maintain inventory records and prepare balance and shortage reports. You will keep track of the goods and supplies in the warehouse, sign off on shipments, count the number of available products and advise purchasing of the needs for more inventory according to demand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update inventory records.
· Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products.
· Count materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies in stock.
· Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard inventory that does not meet company standards.
· Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
· Provide feedback on improving upon inventory management procedures.
· Stock and distribute supplies, equipment, and merchandise.
· Compile balance, price, and cost reports.
· Report to Inventory Manager on stock levels, issues, etc.
· Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma.
· 2 year’s experience in inventory control.
· Must possess an analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
· Outstanding math and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Forklift experience beneficial.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
