The Head of HR will be pivotal in steering our client towards a new era of HR excellence, transitioning from outsourced HR management to an in-house model that aligns with the company's values and strategic goals. This role is crafted for an individual passionate about shaping and implementing modern HR operations, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and leading HR initiatives that support and enhance the organization's culture and effectiveness.

They should possess a deep understanding of labor laws, benefits negotiation, and modern HR practices, coupled with the ability to work independently as a sole contributor. This person thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and is adept at balancing strategic HR leadership with day-to-day operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transition from outsourced to in-house HR management, establishing robust HR operations, policies, and procedures.
- Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of employee relations, including overtime management, 401k administration, and annual performance reviews.
- Renegotiate health benefits and other employee perks, aiming for enhancements aligned with the company's culture and employees' needs.
- Adopt and implement modern HR practices that support the company's objectives and promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Report directly to the CEO, serving as a key advisor on all HR matters and contributing to strategic decisions.
- Complete audit of all best practices and legal requirements in all states we have employees, keep all up to date.
- Implement all required training videos, on HR best practices.
- Proven track record on negotiating medical benefits.
- Conducts annual 401k benefit meetings
- Manage quarterly newsletter, email to employees.
