Objective of the Role
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for managing and expanding the brand's presence across key territories, including California, Texas, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec. This role requires a true road warrior , with extensive travel (90%) to cultivate relationships, develop retail partnerships, and drive sales. The ideal candidate is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable wearing multiple hats-thriving in a small team environment where initiative and adaptability are essential.

- Luxury Watch Industry Expertise - Strictly seeking candidates with a strong background in wholesale sales within the luxury watch sector.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset - A self-starter who excels in a lean organization, capable of managing multiple responsibilities without extensive corporate support.
- Proven Sales Leader - At least 5 years of experience in wholesale sales of luxury watches with a strong track record of growing market share.
- Relationship Builder - Skilled in developing long-term partnerships with authorized retailers, sales teams, and collectors.
- Highly Mobile - Willing and able to travel 70% of the time across the U.S. and Canada to visit retail partners, attend events, and drive business growth.
