With a dedicated team of five in the U.S., including marketing and administration, they are committed to driving growth in a competitive luxury market while maintaining the exclusivity and prestige of their brand.

Objective of the Role

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for managing and expanding the brand's presence across key territories, including California, Texas, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec. This role requires a true road warrior , with extensive travel (90%) to cultivate relationships, develop retail partnerships, and drive sales. The ideal candidate is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable wearing multiple hats-thriving in a small team environment where initiative and adaptability are essential.

Ideal Profile

  • Luxury Watch Industry Expertise - Strictly seeking candidates with a strong background in wholesale sales within the luxury watch sector.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset - A self-starter who excels in a lean organization, capable of managing multiple responsibilities without extensive corporate support.
  • Proven Sales Leader - At least 5 years of experience in wholesale sales of luxury watches with a strong track record of growing market share.
  • Relationship Builder - Skilled in developing long-term partnerships with authorized retailers, sales teams, and collectors.
  • Highly Mobile - Willing and able to travel 70% of the time across the U.S. and Canada to visit retail partners, attend events, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage and grow sales across a portfolio of authorized luxury watch retailers in the West Coast and key Canadian markets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing retail relationships.
  • Organize and execute roadshows, trunk shows, and retail activations to engage watch enthusiasts and collectors.
  • Retailer Engagement & Training

  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating retail staff on brand heritage, collections, and key selling points.
  • Lead in-store training sessions and ensure retail partners are well-equipped to represent the brand effectively.
  • Marketing & Events

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute localized brand activations, promotions, and VIP events.
  • Partner with retailers to maximize exposure and drive traffic through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Performance & Strategy

  • Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans to optimize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate strategy while adapting to regional market needs.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale sales of luxury watches (experience in retail management alone does not qualify).
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with retailers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • 70% travel requirement (primarily across CA, TX, BC, ON, and QC).
