Objective of the Role
The Vice President, Sales (US & International) will oversee and drive sales strategy across all channels of distribution, leading a dynamic team to grow revenue, profitability, and market share. This individual will be responsible for delivering actionable plans, nurturing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in alignment with the company's objectives. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's sales vision, ensuring success across the US market and key international regions, including Canada, Latin America, and Travel Retail.
Ideal Profile
- Industry Expertise : Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry, with a strong understanding of the US market and major retail channels. Experience in international sales is a plus but not required.
- Retail Experience : Familiarity with selling to US department stores is a significant advantage.
- Leadership : Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage high-performing sales teams.
