Salary : Based on experience and will be discussed with manager in interview
REQUIREMENT : Must be a US Citizen and must pass a federal background review and drug screen
Travel and Housing Allowance will be provided
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provides professional geotechnical engineering and construction management support by performing tasks such as : serving as a general engineer providing professional and technical leadership, guidance, and expertise in managing contractor-executed construction projects
- Serves as the organizational subject matter expert regarding national standards and practices for geotechnical engineering designs as related to dam construction safety renovations
- Perform inspections and surveillance of construction work to ensure the work is in accordance with the contract and specifications
- Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFI)
- Ensure contractor is adhering to contract and specification requirements
- Support construction contract modifications
