We are seeking a Marketing Assistant specializing in CRM, social media, and website management/development to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, with a focus on CRM, social media, and website operations. We are excited to offer flexibility in this role as it could be Full-Time or Part-Time based on your preferences and availability.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and maintain the company's client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information or effective communication and relationship building.
- Provide support to the Business Development team and HR team as needed to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies, to showcase our engineering expertise and projects.
- Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and client engagements, utilizing the CRM to manage invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the company’s website with relevant content, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web development and design.
- Plan, create, and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop and implement social media advertising strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of administrative or marketing experience in a professional services firm.
- Must have knowledge in the user of basic computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in CRM software and administration.
- Experience and basic skills related to website development.
- Proficiency in Adobe software is required.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating visual assets for social media and web content.
- Proficient in utilizing a wide range of software applications and technologies.
- Experience within an Engineering firm and a proficient understanding of engineering concepts and terminology is a plus.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and update client data accurately.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
