Accurant International is seeking a dynamic and motivated Solutions / Applications Engineer to join our growing team! This role offers an exciting blend of customer-facing and technical responsibilities, focusing on power and energy, green tech, and power grid technologies. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to drive various initiatives for customers including technical proposal development, solutions design, and customer engagement (including technical presentations). Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical proposals for customers based on Accurant International’s technologies and solutions. Products are focused on power and energy, green tech, renewables management and grid technologies.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and challenges. Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales team to design customized technical solutions for customers to meet needs.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on various products in Accurant International’s portfolio of offerings.
- Support pre-sales customer interactions including technical discussions, presentations, and demonstrations. Address technical questions during meetings and presentations.
- Attend and represent the company at technical trade shows and conferences.
- Develop and manage technical content such as presentations, product sheets, and proposal templates.
- Create and update customer-facing technical documentation.,
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to incorporate technical content onto customer-facing white papers and case studies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Work independently and with key team members.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree - Electrical Engineering preferred
