What You’ll Be Doing (And loving):
As a Customer Service Representative, your day will fly by as you:
- Answer client calls with a smile (yes, they can hear it!) to take orders and provide updates.
- Review and process tickets for Routed and On-Demand medical deliveries.
- Solve customer concerns with grace and escalate to your super-supportive Supervisor when needed.
- Perform Quality Assurance checks to ensure couriers are keeping patients happy and healthy.
- Keep things professional, positive, and proactive in every interaction.

- Be the calm voice in the storm, handling customer requests promptly and thoroughly.
- Rock your phone skills—answering calls with a smile is non-negotiable!

What You Bring to the Table:
- High School diploma or GED? Check!
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience? Even better!

Your Schedule:
- Full-Time Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Tuesday through Friday mandatory)
- Weekend Love: One weekend day shift per week (6:00 AM-2:00 PM or 2:00 PM-10:00 PM), with one weekday and one weekend day off.
