What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client/Vendor Representative position at ACCURATE GROUP LLC?
Accurate Group, LLC, is seeking a qualified Client Vendor Representative to join its growing team in a Remote work setting. The Client/Vendor Representative is the liaison between our Inspector panel and clients to identify and resolve order issues and provide updates to our clients. This position is responsible for tracking open orders and ensures timely report delivery from our vendors to our QC team for timely review.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position is required to meet or exceed established daily production goals.
- Reconciles active orders daily to track orders, follow up on past due orders, and orders requiring appointment dates.
- Communicates heavily by email and phone with the inspector panel for order updates and answer incoming questions.
- Provide updates and responds to inquires received from Groundworks clients across multiple systems of record escalating critical issues to management.
- Assign orders to vendor panel, per established guidelines
- Other duties as assigned, per business need.
Position Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment as well as working as a self-motivated individual performer.
- Must have general office skills such as data entry, telephone systems, organizational skills, and general knowledge of Windows-based computer programs (Word and Outlook).
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy is mandatory.
- Ability to work Remotely with little to no distractions.
- Standing Production Goals that are crucial to be met daily.
- BPO experience preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in Residential/ Mortgage industry
- Multitasking skills and attention to detail are essential to this position, as short turn times are critical to departmental success.
- Experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be able to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment. Ability to work independently and as a team to achieve the goals of the organization.
