Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our company, host in person events, foster strong relationships and earn commission. You will utilize your expertise in customer service and sales to create strong relationships in the community and provide the home care resources to the independent livings,
Duties
- Manage events at independent livings, retirement communities, and rehabs
- Cold call and introduce yourself to rehabs, indepenedent livings, and social workers to set up events.
- Educate on our business and provide resources to the community
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage client data efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with financial services and SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships.
