What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, IT Infrastructure position at ACCURATE GROUP LLC?
Accurate Group, an Industry leader in technology-driven appraisal management and title services is seeking a Director of IT Infrastructure for our growing organization. Managing and directing IT Infrastructure operations for the Company and providing leadership and technical advice. Analyzing, designing, enhancing and maintaining systems and applications in a primarily Microsoft Windows environment. This includes all operating systems, network and security related issues. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of the IT and Accurate Group Management teams to support the mission of our information systems and overall company initiatives
- Manage/Direct all company Infrastructure sectors (Corporate/Remote Offices/Joint Venture), providing direction, training and support to team members
- Daily management and support of company’s Cloud and Virtualized environments with concentration on delivering high-performance, high-availability systems
- Daily internal/external (vendor, service provider) management of IT Infrastructure assets/budgets/contracts
- Hands-on managerial role supporting all company network/server infrastructure solutions
- Analysis of existing network and server infrastructure; planning/promoting scalable solutions, taking advantage of new technologies, wherever applicable
- Ensure that all infrastructure components comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, implementing security measures to protect organizational
- Manage and oversee security compliance initiatives
- Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure strategies that support the organization's objectives, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial objectives.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to communicate information concepts, explain technology processes in detail and facilitate the interaction of IT professionals, vendors, clients, and staff
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Management experience at the Director level
- Six to Ten years’ experience in related field and/or training
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage systems, cloud services, and cybersecurity protocols
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure, balancing technical requirements with business needs
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technological landscapes and drive innovation within the infrastructure domain
- Must have good written and oral communication skills
Job Type: Full-time/ Remote
Salary: 130,000.
