What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and maintain customer relationships by promoting our client's capabilities and performance, resolving problems, and strengthening partnerships.
- Travel 40-50% within the surrounding territory.
- Communicate with prospective customers to understand potential opportunities, including purchase volume, product application, and service and product performance needs, to validate and close sales opportunities.
- Gather and share necessary service and product requirement information with internal stakeholders.
- Develop a working knowledge of internal systems and procedures to support the delivery of goods and services.
- Investigate and resolve or support the resolution of customer issues.
- Attend trade shows as necessary.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that fosters strong relationships with clients, customers, vendors, co-workers, and supervisors. Perform any other duties related to this position's scope.
